If you would like to EXCHANGE your wristbands for a different size/color you should first Contact Us before mailing them back.
Secondly, please read the notes below to make sure that you qualify for an exchange:
- All exchanges must be in new condition (unused and still in the packaging) and be considered in sell-able condition.
- All exchanges must be received within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
- Exchanges may take up to two weeks to process once they have been received and we confirm that the products are like new, sell-able condition.
- Specialty wristbands are not eligible for exchange.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges should be mailed by USPS with a tracking number. Once you have shipped the order to be returned please email us with the tracking number.
